LLC “Al Karim Zerno”

LLC “Al Karim Zerno”, the head office is placed in Odesa started erection the first stage of grain storage with total capacity 65,000 tons at Vyshneve, Central part of Ukraine.

Our project includes TK dryers and grain cleaning equipment with supply and installation at project place to fit customer specific needs.

The new grain plant includes the following products supplied by Tornum:

  • Two independent receiving pits for trucks, equipped with truck tippers, lift force 80 t.
  • TORNUM continuous mixed flow dryer TK8-28-4 with capacity 72,5 t/h, maize from 25% to 15% at 125°C, equipped with Intelligent dryer control system TORNUM IDC, the heat source is natural gas.
  • Industrial main cleaning machine LAAB TAS 206A-6 with horizontal vibrating sieves and air aspiration and central dedusting system. Layout is prior loading trucks and railway wagons
  • Fully computerized control system for plant based on PLC with friendly-operate interface via PC, external access.
